Are you a hard-working individual looking for an amazing work from home position?

Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is now hiring experienced, dependable, and friendly Customer Service Specialist to accompany their REMOTE TEAM!

Position: Customer Service Specialist Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided

Start Date: Mid-August 2024

Job Details

  • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Heavy data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.


Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
