Job Description

Job Title: Validation Analyst - C
Location: Abbott Park, IL – Onsite – local candidates only
Period: 09/23/2024 to 03/23/2025 – potential for extension

Hours/Week: 40 hours (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half)

Rate: $30 – $35/hr

Contract Type: W2 only

 
Scope of Services:

The Validation Analyst - C will lead and support validation efforts and deliverables for projects requiring validation. This role involves creating and executing validation test scripts, documenting test results in accordance with standards, and reviewing and evaluating validation assessments for application systems/projects. The analyst will also review and revise Validation Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed and ensure proper filing of validation documentation within the Quality Assurance Library guidelines.

 
Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

  • Lead and support validation efforts for various projects.
  • Create and execute validation test scripts and document test results according to company standards.
  • Review and evaluate validation assessments for application systems and projects.
  • Review and revise Validation Policies and SOPs as needed.
  • Ensure validation documentation is filed correctly within the Quality Assurance Library guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a customer service-focused approach. 


Education & Experience:

  • Associate Degree minimum or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with validated systems within a regulated industry.
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures and validation policies.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of IT concepts.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Laboratory, product, and manufacturing knowledge/experience is a plus.
