Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our teletherapy team in Ohio. As a part-time SLP, you'll work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to provide exceptional speech and language services to students with diverse needs. What You'll Do:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
Create and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student.
Provide engaging and effective therapy to students, either one-on-one or in small groups.
Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Serve a caseload of students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade, helping them succeed academically and socially.
What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
An active or pending Ohio license in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of speech and language disorders.
Familiarity with speech and language assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and professionals in a supportive manner.
A warm, encouraging therapy approach that engages and motivates students.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining documentation and treatment plans.
