Bill Fick Ford Service Department is looking to hire a Full Time  position as a  Service Department  Porter

Job Title:  Service Department Porter

Location: 737 I-45, Huntsville, TX 77340

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Movement:
  • Focus on keeping the Service Drive clear and vehicles in line or finished at Fast Lube moving appropriately.
  • Safely move vehicles within the dealership premises.
  • Park vehicles in designated areas.
  • Retrieve vehicles for service appointments.
  • Pull up finished vehicles when customers come to retrieve them.
• Detail and Cleanliness:
  • Attention to detail when presenting vehicles to customers.
  • Assist technicians by road testing vehicles on occasion.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., checking tire pressure, topping up fluids).
• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
• Other Duties:
  
  • Support service advisors as needed.
  • Assist Service Cashier as needed. 

•   Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to drive vehicles of all sizes.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
•   Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
  • Every other Saturday 8am-12pm
