Skills Training Group is a UK leading training provider. As well as our main domain for Skills Training Group, we own a number of local training websites.

We have over 1000 five-star reviews between TrustPilot and Google.

This year we also launched a link building agency that specialises in Digital PR & HARO which is seeing exceptional growth .

About the role

You'll be managing the SEO strategy for Skills Training Group, Cupid PR and a variety of local websites in the first aid training niche. All of the assets are owned by us, so you'll never have to speak to any clients !

About the role:

• You'll lead the on-page SEO strategy for the group of websites.
• Off page SEO is fully handled by our team - but you can give recommendations for link building where you feel it would benefit our goals.
• You'll be required to recruit and manage copywriters.
• The job is fully remote .
• You'll report direct to the owner.
• You'll be given all the right software to do the job.
• You'll need your own laptop.

Ideal candidates should have a strong knowledge of:

• Keyword research
• Keyword clustering
• Topical maps
• Internal linking
• Content briefs
• On-page best practice
• Entities & LSI keywords
• Schema markup

You should have experience using:

• Google Search Console
• Screaming Frog
• Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Keyword Insights or Lowfruits
• GA4

About you

• Must be fluent in English
• You must be truly passionate about SEO.
• You must be constantly striving for personal development. This industry never stands still - if SEO never crosses your mind past 5pm, you're not the right person for this role.
• This role is not suited for someone who isn't hard working. You'll be spending a lot of time working direct with the owner.
• You should have at least 5 years experience in SEO.
• You'll be required to work 40 hours per week 9am - 5pm (GMT).
• You should be capable of hiring and managing staff.

Remuneration:

• 2000-2500 USD
• Performance related bonus
• 20 Days Paid Time Off
