Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Weekly Reconciliation of the General Motors Open Account, including Parts, Incentives and Other GM payments and charges
- Confidentially process Payroll for 65+ Team Members
- Daily Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
- Daily reconciliation and management of New Vehicle Floorplan loans, paying off sold/traded vehicles on time and occasional borrowing transactions to fund weekly cash needs
- Manages F&I & aftermarket vendor payment schedules
- HR / Benefits / New Hire onboarding & termination paperwork
- 401(k) Liaison
- Accounts Receivable Schedules and Collections
- Tracks General Motors eCommerce sales and reconciles payments/discounts
- Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Controller or Owner/CEO
Qualifications
- 5+ years GM Dealership Accounting Experience - (General Motors Strongly Preferred)
- Has Jim Winter Values – (BASICS Below)
- Team Player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
