Salesforce Operations

We are a growing Midtown Manhattan based Wealth Management firm that has been around since the late 80's and currently have over $4B in assets. We are a smaller, tight knit team with an average employee tenure of over 6 years.

We're focused on growth and looking to add a Salesforce Operations associate to help streamline process. This is a long term full time role as we plan to grow out this role. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce and Docusign experience in a financial services/wealth management setting.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Operations professional to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our Salesforce processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to users, with a focus on integrating DocuSign and supporting our Financial Services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce operations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate and manage DocuSign for seamless document management and electronic signatures.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to existing Salesforce processes.
• Monitor and report on Salesforce metrics and performance to drive data-driven decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in DocuSign and understanding of document management processes a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
