Remote Travel Coordinator

What You'll Do

Research, design, and book customized travel itineraries for clients.
Understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budgets to create tailor-made experiences.
Stay up to date with industry trends by completing ongoing training and certifications.
Attend webinars and collaborate with vendors to specialize in specific destinations.
Manage travel budgets to ensure trips align with clients' financial plans.
Develop promotional materials to market travel packages.
Keep track of travel restrictions and updates to provide accurate information.
Book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and event tickets.
Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience.
Troubleshoot any travel-related issues that may arise.
Build relationships with tour operators and explore potential travel packages for clients.

Schedule & Commitment

Part-time or full-time options available.

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., Mexico, Australia, or the U.K.
Strong communication skills; a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
Personal travel experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is beneficial but not necessary.
