JOB DESCRIPTION
The Cloud Platform Integration lead is responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules ensuring system integrations configured within the Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools align with Graingers requirements. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues performing system updates and supporting in maintaining optimal system performance. The lead will also provide expertise in technical configuraiton of interfaces and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
