Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek and engage potential candidates through online platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
Create and update job descriptions for new and existing roles, ensuring alignment with team needs.
Proactively reach out to potential candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Oversee interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize ATS tools to manage postings, track applicants, and generate reports. Experience with ADP is a plus.
Maintain and expand a database of qualified candidates, with a focus on technical and corporate roles.
Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage the reference check process and any additional documentation requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business software solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with internal teams and candidates.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence in recruiting practices.
