Production Supervisor

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and ensure that they are followed.
• Identify and resolve production issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage production costs and maintain budgetary control.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising a team of production workers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Nice to have skills: Production, Automotive, Plastics.
