Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team focused on developing cutting-edge commercial property underwriting solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including product managers, software development, quality assurance, marketing, and sales, to help bring new innovations to market. You will be key in supporting our Commercial Property Underwriting product development, from conceptualization to delivery, and ensuring seamless communication and execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across Teams: Support the Commercial Casualty team by assisting in the creation, testing, and tracking of project requirements. Ensure effective communication between product, IT, data science, marketing, and sales to drive product success.

Data Analysis: Analyze both internal and external data for quality and suitability, generate actionable insights, and present findings to management to support business decisions.

User Collaboration: Work closely with prospective users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

Product Roadmap: Help create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the broader product vision, prioritizing features based on evolving business needs.

Backlog Management: Oversee and prioritize the product backlog, adapting to changes in requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Support Product Enhancements: Work with product teams and end-users to address issues, resolve defects, and implement product enhancements.

Agile Process Participation: Participate actively in Scrum meetings and product sprints to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Maintain Data Documentation: Regularly update and maintain data dictionaries to ensure clarity and consistency across product documentation.

About You:

You are an innovative and dynamic professional with the ability to break down complex data into actionable insights. You excel in working with cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and navigating the entire product lifecycle. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment that challenges you to grow.

Key Qualifications:
