Job Description

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will work closely with our team of licensed therapists to support them in providing high-quality treatment to our patients. Your role will involve setting up equipment, preparing treatment areas, escorting patients, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities

  • Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for patient sessions.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment as needed during treatment sessions.
  • Escort patients to and from treatment areas and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and clean treatment area.
  • Prepare hot and cold packs.
  • Maintain and clean the treating tables.
  • Handle laundry responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may include heavy lifting or prolonged standing.
