We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our client's team at a highly-rated community pharmacy located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Process insurance claims and handle prescription billing.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling prescriptions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus.
