Beckmen Vineyards, a premier biodynamic winery in Santa Barbara County, is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Associate to support our marketing and sales efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will assist in executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, drive wine sales, and grow our wine club membership. The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for DTC product marketing, eager to contribute to content creation, event promotion, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
•  Assist with writing and edit compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
•  Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including building and segmenting lists, designing emails, and analyzing performance.
•  Help maintain and update website content to reflect current promotions, events, and brand messaging.
•  Assist with planning and execution of winery events, including member-exclusive experiences and public tastings.
•  Coordinate marketing materials for events, wine club promotions, and product launches.
•  Support monitoring and reporting on marketing analytics to measure effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
•  Occasionally assist with packaging and shipping wine orders, promotional materials, and event supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
•  Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
•  Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for storytelling and brand consistency.
•  Experience with graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
•  Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
•  Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) is a plus!
•  Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
•  Passion for wine and an interest in the wine industry is a plus!
