Job Summary:  

The Owner Services Specialist plays a key role in assisting with the supervision and coordination of owner benefits and activities at The Sebastian Vail. You will ensure owners and guests enjoy a high standard of service and hospitality, while maintaining a courteous, friendly atmosphere.

Employment Type: Part Time, Seasonal

Start Date: November 20th

Pay Rate:  From $22 to $25/hr (DOE)

Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to owners and guests, ensuring all their needs are met.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, ensure quality, and maintain cleanliness in the Owners Lounge.
  • Assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning for breakfast and Après Ski.
  • Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and lounge supplies, ensuring areas are stocked and organized.
  • Provide personalized service by using owners’ and guests’ names and accommodating their requests.
  • Assist Residence Club Management with owner arrival spreadsheets, inspections, and storage inventory.
  • Communicate upcoming events, dining recommendations, and activities to owners and guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the Owners Lounge and surrounding areas are clean and tidy.
  • Identify and resolve any customer complaints or queries in a courteous and helpful manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage services.
  • Proficient in basic computer software (Word processing, spreadsheets, and hotel management systems).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people from various backgrounds.
