What You'll Do:
- Financial Reporting: Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for 10-20 clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through insightful monthly calls and strategic advice.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support accountants in closing monthly financial results for clients.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare business and personal tax returns, along with estimates.
- Strategic Advice: Provide tax planning and recommend best practices for financial operations and cash flow management.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certifications: CPA license or EA designation.
- Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to CPA or public accounting environments.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet various priorities and deadlines.
