Your Role:

• Produce high-quality parts, assisting in assembly processes.
• Manage the loading and unloading of sheet metal and optimize machine programming.
• Maintain precision by setting up presses and fixtures.
• Adhere to inventory control and assist in preventive maintenance using strict procedures.
• Collaborate effectively on safety measures.
• Support team operations and substitute for colleagues as needed.
• Maintain exceptional productivity and safety standards.

What We Seek:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with press brake machines, preferably with Amada equipment.
• Experience working in a continuous improvement environment.
• Strong ability in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to use precise measuring instruments.
• Must pass a background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen.
