About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Link-Building & Outreach Operations Lead who can confidently oversee our operations, streamline processes, and ensure the long-term growth of the company. You’ll be instrumental in setting up the structure and management systems needed to adapt to changing industry conditions while enhancing client satisfaction and team performance.

This is a Full-Time role with immense potential to impact the company’s future success and growth.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Head specifically with these requirements:

• Strong background in earned link-bulding (Broken Link Building and Resource Page Link Building), ideally in an agency setting.
• Extensive experience in running and overseeing cold email outreach campaigns.
• Experience with managing and scaling operational teams effectively (for example, from 20 to 50+ employees).
• Demonstrated success in adapting operations to market shifts and maintaining high deliverability rates.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to hold teams accountable to KPIs and metrics while building a strong company culture.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities with a focus on creating actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to align teams with company goals.
• Experience with tools like Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Knime.
• Proficiency in using operational tools like Notion, Clickup, Clockify, and Google Sheets for process management.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Overseeing the entire company’s operations and client deliverables.
• Managing and improving processes for client’s campaign deliverability and success, with a focus on earned link-building strategies such as Broken Link Building and Resource Page Link Building.
• Leading the hiring and training of team members, ensuring top-notch client advocacy and results.
• Developing operational strategies to adapt to market shifts and explore new service opportunities.
• Collaborating with the CEO to align on vision and strategic direction.
• Tracking and optimizing key metrics, including client satisfaction and link delivery success rates.
• Fostering a positive and productive work culture that motivates the team.
