As an Inspector II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, test, and measurements to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities - 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
- Perform inspections
- Test parts and raw material
- Monitor and verify quality
- Recommend improvements
- Conform to specifications
- Record observations
- Audit quality control programs
- Develop specs and procedures
- Improve quality practices
U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of inspecting experience
- Must be able to obtain security clearance
- IPC 610 Certified
WE VALUE - Knowledge of labeling requirements
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skill
- Able to work in group environment
- Self starter and able to work on their own
- Able to work under a microscope
- Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
- Ability to read technical data and specifications
- Interface with customers and other functional groups
- Be flexible to support other inspection areas and other shifts
- Able to train other associates
- Crosstrain in other inspection areas
- Able to read drawings
