MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF HUMAN RESOURCE EXPERIENCE.

Connect Staffing  is seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator for a warehouse that produces fruit juices and drinks in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM no weekends.

Requirements of a Human Resource Coordinator:

• Minimum 2 years of human resource experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must have administrator and coordinator experience
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite 
• Must have high school or GED equivalent 
• Prior experience in roles such as Human Resources Specialist, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Employee Relations Coordinator, and HR Administrative Assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Human Resource Coordinator:

• Support HR director in educating employees on and enforcing company policies
• Assist in the hiring process of employees including recruitment, interviews, verifying work history, and references, and tracking of new possible candidates in HRIS
• Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Execute all employee termination procedures
• Help ensure payroll processes are correct
