Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: 5205 North O'Connor Blvd, Irving, TX 75039 (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days remote)

Job Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Primary Skills:

• SuccessFactors Learning Module (LMS): Must have solid experience with the backend, including uploading SCORM files, breaking down details by business unit, and generating reports and data.
• HRIS Management: Experience in managing HRIS systems, especially SuccessFactor. Ability to assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems.
• Report Creation & Data Management: Proficient in designing and generating custom HRIS reports and maintaining data integrity.
• HR Knowledge: Familiar with HR operations, including benefits and compensation programs.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in Excel, including use of Ablebits, and understanding of PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office.
• Azure: General knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and support HRIS users and resolve programming issues.

Responsibilities:

• HRIS Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining HRIS systems related to employee information and HR department planning activities.
• Backend LMS Management: Manage backend LMS functions such as uploading SCORM files, breaking down data, and creating reports by business unit.
• System Maintenance: Maintain internal HRIS database files and tables; assist with system updates and software implementations.
• Report Writing: Create, maintain, and support a variety of HR reports using appropriate tools to meet business needs.
• Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data accuracy through auditing, maintaining data coding structures, and compliance with HRIS policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between HR and IT for troubleshooting system issues and resolving HRIS functionality problems.
• Training & Support: Provide assistance and training to HRIS users regarding correct data entry practices and system operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze and debug systems, document standard operating procedures, and ensure the system is running optimally.
