Primary Function:

As a Hospitality Consultant specializing in Strategic Alliances, you will drive sales and cultivate new business opportunities within the Hospitality Market by forming strategic partnerships with targeted A&D, Commercial Real Estate, and Hospitality firms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and the ability to generate new business within the Hospitality Design and Real Estate communities.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive value and lead generation within vertical markets.
Develop innovative market strategies to enhance our brand recognition and secure new client acquisitions.
Collaborate closely with our hospitality team to devise customized solutions that best meet client needs.
Create compelling presentations tailored to Design and Real Estate Development firm clients, effectively leading our efforts in securing new projects.
Utilize consultative sales techniques to craft compelling value propositions for complex opportunities.
Stay abreast of current hospitality trends and issues across multiple industries, leveraging this knowledge to serve as a trusted resource for our clients.
Plan and execute our Strategic Alliances event calendar to enhance visibility and engagement within the industry.
Maintain open and timely communication with account teams and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Negotiate effectively with potential clients and vendors as required.
Collaborate closely with major hospitality vendors to align go-to-market strategies effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (BA or BS in Design and/or Architecture preferred; Real Estate experience a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel outside the office, including occasional overnight stays.
Strong relationship-building skills essential to fostering client trust and loyalty.
Desired Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality furniture industry beneficial.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales roles.
Design background advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM or similar industry-specific applications a plus.
Negotiation skills valued.
