Grounds/Landscaping Maintenance Technician – Villas at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)

Be a part of the vibrant team at the Villas at Seven Canyons in one of the most beautiful workplaces in the world! We are seeking a Grounds/Landscaping Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful Villas for the arrival of our VIPs. Very competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience a plus.

  Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience.
• Great customer services skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a residential community a plus.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls.

  Responsibilities:

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance.
• Maintenance of common areas. 
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
• Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management.
