Job Description

The Fraud Enterprise Prevention Analyst is a part of the Fraud Enterprise Operations team that assists and monitors all payment channels that UMB customers utilize for potential fraudulent activity. Within the Fraud Enterprise Operations Team environment, this team interacts with various UMB clients and internal partners to escalate, investigate, and resolve fraud claims multi payments channels and mitigate risks for our customers and for UMB. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Fraud Enterprise Operations team consists of 3 teams; Prevention, Claims and Data that all focus on what’s best for our customers and organization.

The Fraud Enterprise Prevention Analyst each have a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to ensure fraudulent cases are processed accurately. The Fraud Enterprise Operations team are subject matter experts that assist to protect customers and UMB from fraud across all payment channels.

The Fraud Enterprise Prevention Analyst is responsible for analyzing, investigating, and reporting fraudulent claims across all payments channels that our customers utilize. This position assists clients and internal partners with fraud situations while giving the unparalleled client experience. The Fraud Enterprise Prevention Analyst operate in multiple databases for system functionality to have transparency for fraud trends across payments channels. They conduct investigations and provide resolutions for various fraud situations and claims. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. Our Fraud Enterprise Prevention Analyst are motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career. This role focuses on preventing fraud to mitigate monetary losses and protect UMB and our customers.

The Fraud Enterprise Operations Team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • You will use problem solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken to resolve issues and escalate claims of fraud.
  • You will need strong communication skills to ensure everyone is on the same page and has the correct information for claims.
  • You will to have strong attention to detail to look out for fraud trends.

Compensation Range

Minimum $44,790.00 - Maximum $103,820.00
