McKinley Paper - Wisconsin Mill is seeking a Fiber Manager to oversee its material handling, stock prep and recycled fiber operations supporting its 3 paper machines / 1500 TPD paper mill. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and has responsibility for approximately 45 hourly operators, working closely with the 3 Paper Machine Managers to support day-to-day operations and developing long term improvement strategies to drive results in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in, leading recycled fiber operations with a strong technical knowledge of these systems and related equipment within the paper industry.
