Job Description

A leader in the Ag industry is looking to hire an Operator/Farm Hand . This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, bonuses, and healthcare. Advance your ag and farming career with this long-term opportunity that has tremendous leadership growth potential!

Operator/Farm Hand Responsibilities:

Operate top of the line equipment such as sprayers, tractors, etc.
Perform operations necessary for crop production, including tillage, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
Utilize technology including GPS systems and equipment
Ensure equipment is in working order and perform general maintenance and repairs as necessary

Operator/Farm Hand Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent
3+ Agriculture experience
Mechanical skills preferred
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and love for farming
Valid driver's license required
