The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000
The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to join our team as the Director of Investment Operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the critical processes and systems that drive the operational efficiency of our endowment portfolio. Your expertise will help ensure that our investment operations run smoothly and that performance monitoring is conducted effectively to support our long-term financial goals.
As Director, you will manage a range of operational tasks from coordinating new fund
commitments and rebalancing portfolios, to reviewing legal documentation. You will serve as a key point of contact for external investment management firms, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategies.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the Portfolio Accounting team in overseeing monthly
pricing processes and supporting the preparation of audited financial statements. You will also liaise with software providers to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and maintain operational efficiency. This role is essential in optimizing the performance of our investment operations, helping the IUF fulfill its mission of supporting Indiana University’s long-term growth.
