Looking to drive digital strategy and execution for a fast-growing team supporting the payment needs of Amazon's business customers?
Our Amazon B2B Payments marketing team is focused on working with best-in-class partners to deliver payment solutions that meet the needs of our business customers. Our team is continuously innovating and adding new market-leading features to delight our customers. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on expertise developing and driving digital channel marketing programs.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns for small business customers within Amazon's owned and operated digital channels. You will play an integral role in driving demand and lead generation campaigns. You will own development of the team's channel strategy, campaign roadmap, test and learn opportunities, and creative optimization work streams. In addition, you will analyze traffic and other metrics and report on performance to management teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and creative marketing stakeholders to develop digital campaigns that support our small business payment products
- Partner with marketing tech partner teams to unlock new capabilities and placement opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing, product, program partners and data science teams on channel strategy, campaign development and implementation
- Create and execute demand and lead generation programs
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
