We're looking for an experienced, full-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the Greater Phoenix area. As an Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, exceptional customer service, and a supportive atmosphere for our staff and patients.

What You Do:

• Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the seamless operation of the dental office, managing everything from scheduling to patient flow.
• Administrative Excellence: Oversee administrative tasks, and staff schedules, and ensure compliance with all practice policies.
• Customer Service Champion: Deliver outstanding service to our patients, enhancing their experience at every touchpoint.
• Support High-Quality Care: Work closely with our dental team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
• Efficient Record Management: Handle billing, insurance processing, and patient records with accuracy and care.

What Were Looking For:

• Dental Office Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the dental industry, with at least 2 years in an Office Manager role.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily operations efficiently.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with both team members and patients, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Operational Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of dental practice operations, including billing, insurance, and patient record management.
