We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a strong work-ethic, and a desire to help our business continually grow and improve. This position will primarily be responsible for leading our front office department, managing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our office continues to find ways to improve our patients experience!
Primary Responsibilities:
Front office lead - works alongside our front office team in performing the front office functions, and oversees all business operations to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service and that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Promotes a positive, cohesive and supportive work dynamic amongst team members.
Ensures that all team members maintain a high standard of customer service and adhere to office policies.
Tracks business metrics to keep us on track to hit our annual goals. Takes initiative to identify and implement adjustments, when necessary.
Acts as a liaison between the Doctors and team, and supports Doctors’ goals and visions for the practice. Meets with the Doctors on a regular basis to discuss the business needs and goals, and takes the lead in implementing necessary changes.
Sees the “big picture” of the business, and brings new ideas to continually improve our patients’ experience, and our business’s reputation in the community.
Organizes and leads team and department meetings, establishes action points from the meetings, and ensures that changes are implemented afterwards.
Ensures that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and thoughtfully handles staff or patient issues that may arise.
Ensures that our marketing goals are being achieved.
Acts as Financial Coordinator: Responsible for upholding the office’s financial policies, and ensuring that outstanding balances are collected in a timely manner.

2+ years of a leadership role is required.
2+ years of previous experience in a dental front office position is strongly preferred, although not required.

Seeks solutions to problems independently and thoughtfully.
Comfortable holding team members accountable for their responsibilities, without micromanaging.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism

Salary: Salary will be determined based on a candidate's experience in a management position, as well as level of understanding and experience in dental front office operations.
