South Dakota State University’s Jackrabbit central is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who will lead a team of customer service associates and the overall performance of our three (3) Jackrabbit Central store locations.
Job Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Director, the Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout all three of Jackrabbit Central stores. This position will be responsible for the timely and efficient staffing and operations of all three stores. As the leader of the customer service team, the Customer Service Supervisor will assist in the training of customer service associates. This individual will focus on improving the overall customer service experience through interactions with customers on the selling floor and share in the responsibility for the overall performance of each store.
