Description Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Perrigo Direct team in Peachtree City, GA.

Assists in the day-to-day administration of customer services processes to support the sales operations and administration teams.

Scope of the Role

• Process incoming customer orders both manual entry and via EDI resulting in generating order picklists for the warehouse.
• Ensure timely answering of customer inquiries received by phone or email regarding customer orders and product inventory.
• Effectively resolves inquiries by utilizing available resources, including matters that necessitate escalation to management.
• Provide pricing, item availability, and may suggest alternative products within established guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company monthly sales goals.
• Manage a large volume of customer accounts and establish relationships with both the customers and account executives.

Experience Required

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED). College degree preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-level customer service position managing customer accounts with excellent data entry skills.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking, and exhibits keen attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner and work in a fast-paced environment.
• EDI knowledge a plus.
• Syteline ERP system knowledge a plus .
• Must be curious with a strong desire to learn and take the initiative to seek out new opportunities to improve current processes.
• Must be adept at managing a high volume of customer accounts.
• Must have an intermediate skillset in Microsoft Office.
