Location: Conveniently situated south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the intersection of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage client account creation and update requests.
Verify and maintain client profile information.
Process online bidder approvals.
Add and update client information, create reports, and handle shipping instruction requests.
Manage mailing list data entries.
Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information.
Manage and analyze client survey responses.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two days remote).
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
