Job Summary: We are looking for a CDJR Sales Manager to build upon our growing success, and join our team of motivated people driven to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. Attention to detail and time management skills are also important attributes. Duties and Responsibilities: Job duties for the CDJR Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the day to day operations within the sales dept.
  • Grow both new and used car volume.
  • Maintain current exceptional CSI numbers
  • Meet or exceed company monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals and expectations.
  • Maintain new car turn rate as required
  • Desk new and preowned car deals
  • Oversee CRM and manage expectations with the sales team.
  • Maintain policies/processes within the sales dept.
  • Work with BDC to improve sales/customer follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Oversee and adjust new car pricing as required.
  • Arrange dealer trades.
  • Manage correct inventory stocking levels, and options distribution, among all car lines.
  • Analyze sales metrics and look for areas of improvement.
  • Oversee website inventory, and inspect for accuracy
  • Successful use of auxiliary programs (Digital air strike, Dealer Wizard, etc.)
  • Providing input and decisions regarding marketing, merchandising, etc.
  • Sales hiring/training/etc.
  • Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications: Two years minimum sales experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of two years experience as a sales manager, including structuring deals, and managing new car inventory. Experience in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram store is preferred. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions. Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends. Don “K” is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Wages: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
