Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are hiring a Buyer II for a medical diagnostics company.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position oversees tactical activities within the Procurement-to-Pay process to ensure operational excellence. The role supports the purchasing team in managing subcontractors and facilitates the procurement of finished goods (F/G) and/or direct materials through the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor subcontractor manufacturing production output and on-time delivery performance; prepare KPI reports.
• Reconcile consignment inventory with third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate physical inventory transfers and virtual inventory transitions with suppliers and warehouses.
• Assist Accounts Payable and suppliers in resolving payment issues.
• Plan procurement activities using MRP, item history, and buyer judgment.
• Perform all duties in compliance with established business policies.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field with at least 1 year of experience, or
• High school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Certifications: APICS CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM; or NAPM CPM.
