We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our D.C. team has an opportunity for an entry-level Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! If you’re looking to start your legal career or just finished your Paralegal Certificate, then this is the right opportunity for you! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of visa petitions with USCIS. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills are required.
  • Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Benefits:

In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this D.C. position is between $56,000 and $90,600. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
