Job Description

Haag Ford is looking for a self motivated individual to keep our dealership clean and maintained. The job has the potential to be either full or part time which can be discussed further upon interview. Job Description: Daily Responsibilities:

• Clean outdoor areas around dealership including door ways, delivery area, inventory lot and service drive
• Clean interior rugs in showroom, service area and customer lounge as needed
• Empty ash trays and outdoor garbage cans around entrances
• Walk lot daily especially grassy areas and pick up trash along road front property
• Keep floors in service shops and body shop clean
• Keep shops clean of trash and empty garbage cans as necessary
• Keep shops clean of dirty rags and dispose of them in the appropriate containers
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and clean as needed
• Keep scrap metal picked up around service and body shops
• Report and larger maintenance/building issues to managers
• Replace light bulbs as necessary through out dealership
• Maintain company equipment like air compressors, floor scrubbers, etc.
• Minor electrical and plumbing repairs if capable
• These responsibilities are subject to change as needed

• Clean background and driving record
• Ability to show up to work on time and perform the tasks above
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Majority of day spent up moving and on one's feet
