Job Description

As a Virtual Booking Travel Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their travel needs.   10. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in using booking systems, online travel platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
