Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position located in Austin, TX, with all services delivered via teletherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
