Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Team Lead for 2nd shift in a Food Production facility located in Waukesha, WI. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced company in the food industry.

Job Title: Bilingual Team Lead - 2nd shift Food Production

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of production workers in meeting production goals and targets
• Ensure that all production processes are followed according to company standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Train and develop production workers, ensuring proper understanding of job responsibilities
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management
• Address any production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a food production environment 3-4 years
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certifications in food safety or production management is a plus
