Job Opportunity: Aesthetic Practitioner

About the Opportunity: Join our expanding practice as an Aesthetic Practitioner and take your career to the next level. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for aesthetics and a strong background in injections, lasers, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform aesthetic procedures including injections, lasers, BBL, Moxie, and microneedling.
* Provide a comprehensive approach to patients' aesthetic journeys, integrating skincare knowledge.
* Build and maintain a patient following through a strong social media presence.
* Participate in continuous learning and skill improvement within a team-oriented environment.
* Offer IV services and wellness/anti-aging treatments (experience preferred but not required).

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience: 2-3 years of full-time experience, especially with injections. Experience with lasers, BBL, Moxie, and microneedling preferred.
* Skills: Strong social media presence, knowledge of skincare, ability to build a patient following, willingness to learn and improve, team-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary Type: Hourly base rate plus a performance-based bonus/commission.
