Your Role

Working under general supervision, you will maintain and service manufacturing areas and grounds.

Core Responsibilities

• Wrap your hands around each day’s production schedule
• Set up and manage mixer switches and valves
• Champion the repair of storage tanks and skids
• Lead preventative maintenance initiatives
• Engage in special, mix-enhancing projects
• Repair crucial equipment
• Provide vital support to Blenders during production
• Apply your electrical, plumbing, and mechanical prowess

Additional Responsibilities

• Take on miscellaneous duties handed down by your Manager

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma plus up to three years of relevant experience in manufacturing or machine maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Understand instructions and write correspondence effortlessly.
• Mathematical Acumen: Confidently handle basic arithmetic operations.
• Reasoning Skills: Employ common sense in executing detailed instructions and tackling standardized issues.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is essential.

Physical and Work Environment

Be prepared for an active role with significant time spent standing and handling tasks. You'll work inside a temperature-varying manufacturing plant, occasionally exposed to mechanical parts, fumes, and chemical substances.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, 7AM-3:30PM, Monday to Friday
